Bobby Lee Garber

Rogersville:  Bobby Lee Garber, age 79 of Rogersville, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 completing his journey here on Earth surrounded by his loved ones peacefully at home.  Bobby loved the Lord and always lived for him.  He loved playing music and singing, now he is singing for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Samual Luther and Minnie Bell Bolden Garber; twin brother, Billy Garber; brothers, Willard Garber, Samual Garber, James Garber, Wayne Garber and Ronnie Garber; sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Garber and Ginger Garber.

He is survived by his daughter and loving caregiver, Kathy Trent and husband, Hal of Rogersville; daughter, Lorrie Newman and husband, Tracy of Morristown; grandchildren, Ricky Bellamy and wife, Roxanne, April Whittaker  and husband, Tony, Tommy Dalton, Trey Bellamy, Keila Reed, Tyler Dalton and wife, Rachel, Lindsey Couch, Robby Rich and wife, Chelsie, Randell Newman and wife, Amber; 26 great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; loving soul mate, Wilma Gene Johnson and family; several nieces, nephews, many friends and loved ones.

Visitation hours will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.

Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Woody Tackett and Rev. Gerald Helton officiating.  Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Harrison Cemetery.
