Eileen E. "Betty" Hardesty

Rogersville: Eileen E. "Betty" Hardesty, age 68 of Rogersville, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017.  Betty was of the Methodist faith.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Garfield Richard and Catherine Ambrose Hamer; sister, Kathleen Baker.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Harvey D. Hardesty, Sr.; daughter, Elizabeth Boone and husband, Ray of Rogersville; son, Harvey D. Hardesty, Jr. of Abingdon, MD; grandchildren, Kristin Wade and Nicholas Boone and wife, Stefani all of Rogersville; great-grandchildren, Mason Rose and Marleigh Rose; brother, Gary Hamer and wife, Anita of Germany; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call anytime at the home on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 495 Longs Bend Rd., Rogersville, TN

A memorial service will be held at the home at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 27, 2017 with Chaplain Tom Edwards officiating.
