Charlotte Reeves Ringley

Rogersville:  Charlotte Reeves Ringley, age 74 of Rogersville, went to sleep surrounded by her loving family, Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the Friends of Hospice Serenity House in Morristown following an extended illness.  She was a member of Spires Chapel Baptist  Church.  Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Marvin E. Ringley, Sr.; parents, Edgar and Bonnie Carmichael Reeves; sisters, Mary Sue Collins, Bell Elkins, Ada Jones, Jean Roark, Rhelda Forgety; brothers, James Reeves, Raymond Reeves, Clifton Reeves, Robert Reeves and Bud Reeves.

She is survived by her sons, Marvin E. Ringley, Jr. and Brad E. Ringley; grandson, Dalton E. Ringley; sisters, Goldie Williams and husband, Dean and Bennie Davis all of Rogersville; brothers, Frank Reeves and wife, Betty of Florida, Mack Reeves and wife, Ina of Rogersville; sisters-in-law, Judy Reeves and Deliah Reeves; special friend, Pat Lipe; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation hours will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.

Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John North officiating.  Burial will follow in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
