Damien Blackhawk Obituary

Bulls Gap: Damien Blackhawk, infant son of Thomas Blackhawk, Jr. and Jaimie Lynn Wooten, passed away, Tuesday, December 10, 2018 at U.T. Medical Center, Knoxville, TN. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Thomas Blackhawk, Sr.; aunt, Tisa Blackhawk.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a sister, Daisy M. Chavez; brothers, Kingden D. Blackhawk, Tanier G. Blackhawk, Kenneth L. Parker, III, Maxxan C. Blackhawk and Clayton L. Parker; maternal grandparents, Jimmie V. and Julie A. Wooten, Jr.; paternal grandmothers, Irene Stevenson and Maxine Buffalo; aunts, Christina Muriel, Holly Hampton, Doreen Lyons and Claudette Blackhawk; uncle, Francis Stevenson; numerous cousins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
