Georgia Barrett Obituary

Surgoinsville: Georgia G. Barrett, age 83, of Surgoinsville, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital after a brief illness. She attended Hope Community Church. Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Bessie Christian Vaughn; sisters, Jessie Clark, Ruby Harmony; brother, Herbert Vaughn.
Survivors include her son, Randy H. Barrett of Surgoinsville; former husband, James H. Barrett of Surgoinsville and brother, A. J. Vaughn of Surgoinsville.
Visitation hours will be 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 15, 2018 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 15, 2018 at Highland Cemetery with Dathan Hickman officiating.
