Martha Lawson Lane

Rogersville: Martha Lawson Lane, age 83, of Rogersville, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at her residence following a brief illness. She was a member of First Christian Church. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Lane, parents, James H. and Emma Bass Lawson;sisters, Kitty Cross, Christabel Leroy, Thelma Collins and Peggy Byrd; brothers, Bud Lawson, Ben Lawson, Frank Lawson and Mack Lawson.

Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, June 7, 2019 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.

Funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Friday, June 7, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Minister Steve Newhouse officiating. Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at McKinney Cemetery.
