Andrew Thomas Bradley III passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee, after a period of declining health. He was 70 years old. Andrew, known as “Drew” by those close to him, was born September 24,1954, to Andrew Thomas Bradley, Jr. and Ella Jo Leeper Bradley of Rogersville, Tenn.
He is survived by his son, Joshua Michael Silvers, his father, Andrew Thomas Bradley, Jr, grandchildren, Inaya McGue, Jeanique Silvers and Joshua M. Silvers II, his sisters, Andrea Bradley, Sonji (Fred) Bennett, and Tracy (Herman) Brown; brothers Henry (Chyleen) and Michael (Linda)Bradley.
Andrew was a 1972 graduate of Rogersville High School where he excelled in baseball. A longtime employee of Eastman Chemical Company of Kingsport, TN, he also was widely recognized among the area's top city league tennis players and coaches.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Hawkins County Memorial Garden, 536 Carters Valley Loop, Rogersville, with Pastor Pamela Hoard officiating.
