Betty Jane Davis Quinn, 86, of Whitesburg, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023 at her home after a long battle of declining health from a traumatic fall. She recently affirmed her salvation and baptism at the age of 10 when she was saved at Cloud's Creek Baptist Church of Hawkins County. This testimony lets us know she is with her Lord and Savior. She was an inactive member of Shady Grove FWB Church of Whitesburg. She was retired from Lear Seating. In past years she enjoyed: clogging, bowling, softball, and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband Demus Quinn, son Ronald Quinn, parents Willie Ace (Bill) Davis and Effie Mae Helton Davis, siblings Charlotte Dunlap, Mildred Hayes, Rhoema Davis, Waylon (Buster) Davis, and Charles Davis.
She will forever be cherished and missed by her surviving son Michael Quinn and wife Rose, grandchildren, Misty Quinn Brown and husband Josh, Bronson Quinn, Dr. Justin Quinn and wife Lauren, great-grandchildren Aluc Brown, Jaxon Quinn, Orion Quinn, daughter-in-law Linda Quinn Lane, sister Mary Dickenson and husband George (Junebug), and an array of family and friends.
