Barbara Ann Douthat

Rogersville: Barbara Ann Douthat, age 78 of Rogersville, passed away, Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at her residence.  She was of the Methodist faith.  Mrs. Douthat was preceded in death by her mother, Idemia Barrett Arnold; sister, Henrietta Bishop; step-son, Paul Douthat.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Billy K. Douthat; daughters, Tammy Harris and husband, Drew, Theresa Breedlove and husband, Gary; son, Todd Harrell and wife Sarai; step-daughter, Paula Douthat; grandchildren, Robbie Linkous and wife, Amy, Josh Linkous and wife, Natalie, Amanda Dishner and husband, Jon, Lindsey Stinnett, Dustin Breedlove and wife, Whitney, Zac Breedlove and wife, Julia, Joe Breedlove and wife, Hillarey, Ben Breedlove and wife, Lauren and Chandler Arnold; step-grandchildren, Tracey Bowens, Richard Johnson, and Tara Douthat Ortman; 22 great-grandchildren; sisters, Wanda Tate and husband, Carlos and Opal Munsey; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.

Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 P.M., Thursday, November 15, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Robbie Linkous officiating.  Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 16, 2018 at Highland Cemetery.
