Rogersville: Debra Ann Smith Painter, age 48, of Rogersville, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019. She was preceded in death by her brother, Sean P. Smith and step brother, Tracy B. Carter.
Survivors include her mother, Lynda Hines Carter of Bulls Gap; father, Bruce Smith of Callahan, FL sisters, Denise Scheller and husband, Jeremy of Greeneville and Veronica Smith and husband, Scott of Jacksonville Beach, FL; fiance', Anthony Elmore of Rogersville; step father, O'Dell Carter of Bulls Gap; step mother, Wendy Smith of Callahan, FL; step brothers, Tony Carter of Ocala, FL and Terry Carter of Leesburg, FL and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
