EDDIE M. SEAL

Eddie Seal, age 78, of Mooresburg passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, following a period of declining health.  He was of the Baptist Faith.  Eddie retired from ITT, Inc after 17 years of service.  After retirement he enjoyed buying, trading, and selling antiques.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Carson and Marie Daniels Seal and brother Larry Seal.

Survivors include his wife Rita Seal, children, Mark Seal (Angela), Matthew Seals (Brandi), Michael Seal (Amanda) all of Rogersville, Rebecca Harrell (Richard) of Mooresburg, John Seal (Amber) of Surgoinsville, and Carisa Rucker of Rogersville, sisters, Sandra Seals Stone (Dan) of Roxboro, NC, Debbie Seal of Texas, brother Danny Seal (Shirley) of Ten Mile, stepbrother Troy Compton (Retha) of Morristown,13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2025, in Broome Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2025, in the chapel with Rev. Scott Bradley officiating.

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Courtney Cemetery. 

For those that wish to go in procession to the cemetery please meet at the funeral home by 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2025.
