George M. Lane, Jr.

George M. Lane, Jr., age 81, of Rogersville, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024, at Signature Healthcare of Rogersville.  He was retired from IPC & L and Walmart after many years of service.  George was preceded in death by his wife Joan Lane, daughter Karin Lane Trenholm and parents George Lane, Sr. and Stella Haynes Lane.

Survivors include sons, David Lane of Rogersville, Patrick Lane and wife Pamela of Kyles Ford, son-in-law Michael Trenholm of Rogersville, grandchildren, Brandon Lane, Joshua and Joseph Trenholm, sister Phyllis VanCleave and husband Terrell, brother Lyle Lane and several nieces and nephews.  The Lane family would like to express their appreciation to the entire staff of Signature Healthcare of Rogersville.  

To fullfill George's request, there will be no formal funeral service.
