IRENE ELIZABETH HICKS

Irene Elizabeth Hicks, 97, of Rogersville, formerly of Hendersonville, NC, passed away Sunday morning, November 24, 2024, at her residence following a period of declining health.  She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Floyd Hicks and parents William and Margaret Curry.

Survivors include her daughter Dianne L. Wise and husband Ken of Rogersville, son Linus Hicks of Pennsylvania, grandchildren, Amy Thompson Ledbetter, Aaron Thompson, Joyce Smallwood, Noah Smallwood and Joshua Smallwood, great-grandchildren, Jennie Ewald, Cameron, Colby and Landon Ledbetter, Jasmine Thompson, Titan and Aerabella Smallwood, Naomi, Sanza and Wynona Smallwood, 2 great-great grandchildren Caiden and Carter Ewald.

No formal funeral services will be held.
