J.E. HOWE, JR. Obituary

Rogersville: J.E. "Pee Wee" Howe, Jr, age 86, of Rogersville died Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Ballad Health Hawkins County Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was a member of West View Baptist Church and retired from Citizen Union Bank. Mr. Howe was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his daughter Tammy Howe Hurd, parents Joseph Ernest and Beuna Smith Howe, and brother-in-law Bill Barker.

Survivors include his wife Jo-Ann Howe, granddaughter Jessica Davis, sister Jewell Barker, and several special cousins.

Visitation hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Broome Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 p.m.Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Floyd Looney officiating.

Military graveside service will be conducted by Hawkins County Color Guard and Tennessee Army National Guard at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Highland Cemetery.
