JULIA WINDEBANK

Rutledge: Julia Windebank, age 53, of Rutledge passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System following a period of declining health.  She was preceded in death by her father Luther Carpenter and mother Ella Mae Helton and grandson John Bowen.

Survivors include husband Fletcher Windebank, daughter Amanda Jordan (Hugh), sons Spencer Windebank (Hannah), Trevor Windebank (Kathrine), Raleigh Windebank (Ashley) all of Rutledge, sisters Mary Myers, Rachel Myers, Phobe Gann all of Rogersville,  brothers Isaac Helton and Barnabas Helton both of Rogersville, seven grandchildren Betty Jordan, John Windebank, Amber Jordan, Ava Windebank, Kailyn Windebank, Archer Windebank.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 27, 2023 at McKinney Cemetery, Rogersville with Paul Whaley officiating.
