Jessie Evelyn "Zeb" Williams

Jessie Evelyn "Zeb"  Williams, age 90, was born June 4, 1934, in Pressmen's Home, Tennessee.  Jessie went home to be with her Savior Jesus and her family on August 2, 2024.  She was saved at an early age at Laurel Branch Baptist Church and was a member of Spires Chapel Baptist Church.  Jessie was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Wayne Williams, daughter Linda Templeton, parents Sturm and Eva Minor Klepper, sisters, Allie McMakin, Elsie Lawson, Velma Williams, Ann Cobb, Mary Burton, brothers, Carson, Lynn, Worley, infant brother Jackie Klepper, and son-in-law Greg Alley.

Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Rayfield,  Erma Alley, both of Rogersville, son Larry Williams and wife Teresa of Bulls Gap, son-in-law Tim Templeton, grandchildren, Dallas Templeton, Ashley Williams, great-grandchildren, Madisyn Travis and Paisley Whitt; several nieces and nephews, daughter-in-love and caregivers Tina Reynolds and daughter-in-law Teresa Williams.

The family would like to thank Maria "Katy" Scearce for her wonderful care of their mother along with Sarah Johns, Angie Reed and U.T. Hospice.

Graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2024, at Highland Cemetery with Rev. John North and Rev. Jerry Bradley officiating.
