KENNETH JOHN COLLINS

Rogersville:  Kenneth John Collins, age 80, of Rogersville, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was an auto mechanic for many years in Rogersville at Phillips 66 Service Station and also worked at Smith Auto Parts.  He was preceded in death by his parents William and Eula Farmer Collins, brothers Reece Collins and June Collins, sister Mary Morelock, and step father Eldridge Justice.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Lynn Collins, daughters Lisa Collins of Rogersville, sons James Collins of Rogersville,  Johnny Collins and wife Cheryl of Rogersville, grandchildren Heather Richards, Emily Collins, Hannah Collins, Lucas Collins, Douglas Johnson, and Megan Flanagan, great grandchildren Mason Johnson and Jace Johnson, sisters Jean Kirkpatrick, Betty Lawson, Wanda Garrison, Louise Monk and several nieces and nephews, beloved dog "Digger" and "special like" grandchildren Dusty and Jenna Richards.

Visitation hours will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2023, in the chapel of Broome Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be conducted at  2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11,  2023, at Broome Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Burrows officiating.

Burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery, Rogersville.
