LECIA M. POWELL

Lecia M. Powell, age 58, of Bulls Gap, gained her wings unexpectedly Sunday, April 21, 2024, at her residence.  Lecia was a loving mother, sister, aunt, friend and will be missed dearly.  She was preceded in death by her husband David Gene Powell,  parents Loy Elrod, Sr and Julia Mae Martin, brother Ronnie Elrod.

Survivors include son James David Powell (Gabby) of Bulls Gap, step-daughters, Amanda Powell of Albertville, Al, Miranda Martinez (Alan) of Villa Rica, Ga, step-son David Powell of Marietta, Ga, 2 grandchildren Greyson Tate and Tobias Gabriel Powell, sister Wynette Jina Davis (Teddy) of Smyrna, Ga, Jennifer Cole of Marietta, Ga, several nieces, nephews and many special friends.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
