LINDA "DAR" RUTH DICKERSON

Linda "Dar" Ruth Dickerson, 79, of Rogersville, passed on to her eternal home and finished her race Saturday, September 9, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents Arch and Ruth Cambell Elwell, stepfather Russell Lloyd, and brother Thomas Elwell.

Survivors include her husband Donald "Big Dog" Dickerson, Sr.,  son Donald Dickerson, Jr. and wife Nicole of Dallas,Texas, daughter Leslie Colston and husband Dr. John Colston of Rogersville,  5 grandchildren Stephen and Elle Ruth Colston, Trae, Grace, and Ella Dickerson, one sister, Betty Jane Cessna of PA.. and many friends and family.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 5:00 p.m., Saturday, September 16, 2023 at First Baptist Church, Pikeville, KY with Matthew Bone officiating.

The staff of Broome Funeral Home is honored to serve the Dickerson family.
