MARY DAVIS DICKENSON

Mary Davis Dickenson, age 81, of Whitesburg, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Signature Healthcare of Rogersville, following a brief illness.  She was a member of St. Clair Methodist Church.  Mary was preceded in death by her son Willie Dickenson, parents, Willie and Effie Mae Helton Davis, sisters, Roe Davis, Betty Quinn, Mildred Hayes, and Charlotte Dunlap, brothers, Waylan A. Davis and Charles Davis.

Survivors include her husband George C. Dickenson and son Kelly A. Dickenson, both of Whitesburg.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2025, in the chapel of Broome Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2025, in the chapel with Rev. Ron Stroud officiating.

Interment will follow in Creeches Chapel Cemetery, Whitesburg.
