MILDRED CECILIA WITHERELL

Mildred Cecilia Witherell, 95, of Mooresburg, TN, passed away  Friday, December 26, 2025, at The Greens at Erwin Healthcare Center.  She was born April 29, 1930, in Nyack, NY and lived in West Nyack, NY, Wurtsboro, NY and Gurnee IL., before moving to Mooresburg. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Frank E. Witherell as well as her parents, John and Mary Cirelli and sisters, Jeanette Van Leuven and Rose Carleo.

She is survived by her nieces, Roseanne Elg (Chris) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Joanne Hackwell (Jay) of Mooresburg, TN, Laura Jean Phillips (Chet) of Woodbridge, VA,  nephew Joseph Carleo (Virginia) of Charlotte, NC., and beloved cat, Mitzie.

May she find peace in the arms of the Lord.

Interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Nyack, NY, at a later date.
