MONA CARPENTER WYLIE

Mona Carpenter Wylie, formerly of Rogersville, TN, passed away on February 13, 2025, at her residence in Knoxville, TN.  

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank A. Wylie, parents, JJ and Louise Carpenter, sisters, Bernice Carpenter Williams, Scottie Carpenter Brooks, Claudine Carpenter Davis and Hilda Carpenter Klepper, brother, Virgil Carpenter and stepson Michael Wylie.

She is survived by sister Patsy (Larry) Carpenter Boyd, stepdaughters, Linda (J.B.) Wylie Cochran and Patricia Wylie, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and beloved dog, Dooley.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m, Monday, February 17, 2025, in the Broome Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2025, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Rodney Norris officiating.

Interment will follow at McKinney Cemetery.
