On August 15, 2024, Patricia Ann Gibson, lovingly known as 'Mamaw Patty' passed away at the age of 57, surrounded by her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and lived her testimony throughout. Patty was a skilled seamstress and cook who loved nothing more than being surrounded by her loved ones. She cared from the heart and never wanted anything in return, she will be dearly missed by many. She was preceded in death by her husband Kyle Gibson, parents, James and Wanda Campbell, and siblings, Jennifer Cooper, Diane Campbell, Vickie Campbell, and William 'Bill' Campbell.
She leaves behind her children and spouses, Dusty (Misty) Cooper of Sneedville, Jason (Jessi) Cooper of Thornhill, Matthew (Jonathan) Cooper of Rogersville,
Cody Gibson of Maryville, Jessica Kate (Robert) Gibson and Starlyn Gibson all of Thornhill, ten grandchildren, Chelsea Burnes, TreyBeon (Leah) Cooper, Issac Cooper, Abby Cooper, Starlyn Gibson, Tagan Cooper, Chloe Cooper, Kaden Gibson, Addie and Annabelle Gibson, one great-granddaughter Blakely Cooper, brothers, Arnold (Lisa)Campbell of Maryville and Joe (Amber) Campbell of Sneedville, a host of nieces and nephews, best friends, Willie Cooper, Rita Miller and Flipper (Charlene) Mullins.
A Celebration of Life will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 18, 2024, at the home of Patricia, 165 Elrod Falls Rd., Thorn Hill, TN, 37881, with Rev. Matthew Stewart officiating.
