PATRICIA "PAT" ANNE BOYD MULLINS

Patricia "Pat" Anne Boyd Mullins, age 89, of Rogersville, departed this life and went to her heavenly home on Friday, January 16, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.  Patricia was nearly a lifelong member of Howe's Chapel Baptist Church. She was a very loving Christian mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Patricia was a very talented lady and her talents included superb seamstress skills, cooking and gardening, and some occasional farming.  She worked as a bank teller for many years and retired from SunTrust Bank. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Fred W. Mullins, infant daughter Marie, parents, Vance and Nan Boyd, sister Martha West Burton, sister-in-law Dorothy Bellamy, brothers-in-law, Glenn, Larry and Earl Mullins, Herman "Jug" Bennett, and parents-in-law, Joe T. and Ethel Mullins.

She is survived by her children, Gary Mullins, Bruce Mullins (Donna), Nancy Johnson (Michael), Diane Gurkin (Rob), grandsons, Hunter Mullins (Leslie), Chase Gurkin, great-granddaughters Chloe, Clara, Chyler and Coda Mullins, brother Jimmie Boyd (Sandy), brothers-in-law, Ray Mullins (Joyce), Dennis Mullins (Linda), Leo Bellamy, sisters-in-law, JoAnn Bennett, Christine Mullins and many nieces and nephews.  A special thanks to Megan Keasling and Jennifer Kennedy for their support, guidance and care.

Family will receive friends 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 19, 2026, in the chapel of Broome Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 19, 2026, in the chapel with Dr. Lon Taylor officiating.

Interment will follow in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens.
