Rogersville: The beautiful Pauline Marie Winkle Cinnamon, age 93, of Rogersville, passed away following an extended illness at home, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday morning, March 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband John Lee Cinnamon, parents Carl Winkle and Selma Herr, infant daughter Shelby Jean Cinnamon, sons Richard and Johnny Cinnamon, grandson Brandon Cinnamon, brother Hedrick Winkle.
Survivors include daughters Barbara Thurman ( Morgan), Dottie Mayes (Bill), Beverly Greene (Ricky), Gena Cassidy (Ron) all of Rogersville, sons Jeff Cinnamon (Chamaine) and Bryan Cinnamon both of Rogersville, 21 grandchildren and a great number of great grandchildren, sisters Mary Cinnamon and Shirley McBrayer both of Rogersville, several nieces and nephews, a very special friend Nora Goins. A special thank you to caregivers Lisa Cody, granddaughters Heather Bibbins, Caitlin Colmenarez, Autumn Reynolds, Madeline Cinnamon, and grandson James Greene. Also a special thank you to UT Hospice nurse Sarah.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 4, 2023 in the Broome Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 4, 2023, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kevin Wisecarver officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dodson Creek Cemetery.
