PHYLLIS 'ANN' MANIS

Phyllis 'Ann' Manis, age 81, of Rogersville, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, at her family's home after a period of declining health.  She was a member of Persia Baptist Church.  Ann enjoyed working in her flowers, baking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.  But  most of all, she loved her pride and joy, her grandson Will.   Ann was preceded in death by her husband Bill "Red" Manis, parents John and Fannie Richie James and brother Glen James.

Survivors include her son Eddie Manis and wife Starr of Rogersville, grandson Will Manis.  A special thank you to Callie, Earlene, and Chandra from Amedisys Hospice.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024, in the Broome Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kevin Wisecarver officiating.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m, Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Harrison Cemetery.  Family will meet at the cemetery by 10:45 a.m.
