Peter Joseph "Otto" Ottesen

Rogersville:  Peter Joseph "Otto" Ottesen, age 67 of Rogersville, formerly of Litchfield, CT, passed away, Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Ballad Health Holston Valley Medical Center.  He attended Ebbing & Flowing Springs United Methodist Church.  Otto was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the U.S. Navy.  He was past commander of American Legion Post  27, Litchfield, CT and was a member of American Legion Post 21, Rogersville.  Otto served as a volunteer fireman in Litchfield, CT.  He was preceded death by his parents, Karl Russell and Rita O'Leary Ottesen; sister, Mary-ellen Ottesen.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Siddall Ottesen; brother, Karl Ottesen and wife, Donna Marie of Columbia, CT; niece, Kristen Noel Silkes of Saunderstown, RI; nephews, Karl Russell Ottesen, III of Charlotte, NC and Scott Matthew Ottesen of Manchester, CT.

A memorial service will be conducted 10:00 A.M., Sunday, April 14, 2019  at Ebbing & Flowing Springs United Methodist Church, Rogersville with Rev. Fred Diamond officiating.
