RELDA BECK DAVIS

Relda Beck Davis, age 89, of Rogersville, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025, at her residence following a period of declining health.  She was a member of Henard's Chapel Baptist Church for many years.  Known for her kindness and compassion, Relda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.  She was preceded in death by her husband Coleman Davis, parents, Waiteman and Georgie Russell Beck, infant brother Sammy Beck, brothers, Glen, Fred, John, and Harland Beck, father and mother-in-law Charlie and Helen Davis, sister-in-law Jeannie Davis.

She is survived by her daughters, Doris Smith of Whitesburg, Glenda Starnes and husband Steve of Greeneville, grandchildren, Ashley Davis (Crystal) Joe Smith (Natasha), Kassie, Kaity, and Jimmy Starnes, great-grandchildren, Tasha Richards, Cole Davis, Kyndra, Amelia, and Akirah Smith, and Britton Smith, brother-in-law Donald Davis of Statesville, NC, numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Relda's caregivers and Amedisys Hospice nurses.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 21, 2025, in the Broome Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2025, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Stevie Rogers officiating.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Courtney Cemetery. For those attending graveside please meet at the cemetery at 10:40 a.m.
