Ruthie Mae Qualls, age 81, of Bulls Gap, TN, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026, after an extended illness following covid. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Qualls, Sr., sons, Marcus, Paul, Jr. and Scotty Qualls, daughter Brenda Qualls McGee and parents, Jay and Myrtle Arrington Albright, sisters, Alice Coffey, Shirley Albright and brothers, Glen and James Albright, grandson Luke Qualls.
Survivors include daughter Trish Qualls, sons, Manuel and Chris Qualls, all of Bulls Gap; grandchildren, Arielle Edmisten, Michael Ward, Haley Sutton, Hannah McGee, Alex and Jacob Qualls, Logan Qualls, Matt, Madonna, James and Jonathan Qualls and Jessica Manis; several great-grandchildren, sisters, Barbara Garrett, Dorothy Sizemore, Wanda Duckworth, Charlene Labough and Joyce Livesay, brother Lester Albright, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the chapel of Broome Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life will be 7:00 p.m.,Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dannie Bell officiating. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Tieke Cemetery, Bulls Gap. Those attending the graveside are requested to meet at Tieke Cemetery by 10:45 a.m.
