SCOTTY E. QUALLS

Bulls Gap:  Scotty E. Qualls, age 59, of Bulls Gap, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at his daughter's home surrounded by his loving family.   Mr. Qualls was known for his love of gardening, lawn mowing, cooking out with his friends and family, and watching westerns.    He is reunited with his wife Ginger Qualls, father Paul E. Qualls, sister Brenda Qualls McGee, brothers Marcus Qualls and Paul Qualls, Jr., and sister-in-law Lisa Moore Qualls.  

Survivors include daughter Jessica Manis and husband David of Rogersville, four grandchildren that were dearly loved  Amber, Davian, Aiden, and Keelan Manis, mother Ruthie Mae Qualls of Bulls Gap, sister Trish Qualls of Bulls Gap, brothers Manuel Qualls and Chris Qualls of Bulls Gap, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.,  Monday, January 30, 2023 in the Broome Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2023 in the chapel with Keith Manis officiating.

Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
