WESLEY E. LYLES

Wesley E. Lyles, age 43, of Rogersville, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Ballad Health Hawkins County Memorial Hospital.  He was a member of Maple Hill Baptist Church.  Wesley graduated from Northeast State Community College with an Associate of Science in Welding Technology and was employed with Partner Industrial at Eastman.  He was preceded in death by his father Bill Lyles, maternal grandparents, Willie and Kathleen Hensley and paternal grandparents, Thatcher and Jessie Lyles.

Survivors include his mother Sue Lyles Jones and stepfather Bill Jones of Rogersville, daughter Maggie Gibson, sons, Thatcher Lyles and Christian Lyles, all of Rogersville, fiancée Christal Wilder of Rogersville, stepsister Jessica Pierson (Brad) of Church Hill, stepbrother Wayne Jones (Betty) of Baileyton, special friend Josh Christian, special family Betty Wilder and Judy and Danny Cox, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2025, in the chapel of Broome Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2025, in the chapel with Rev. Jerry Wayne Lawson and Rev. Chris Shanks officiating.
 
Interment will be held at a later date at McKinney Cemetery.
